Body Audit offers general movement, stretching and breathing suggestions to help break up a sedentary day. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.

Move within your own comfortable range, never push into pain, and stop immediately if anything hurts or feels wrong. Consult a doctor or qualified professional before starting any new movement or breathing routine — especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or have any medical condition. You use the moves, breathing exercises, and suggestions in Body Audit entirely at your own risk.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Body Audit for your own non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its content except as permitted by law.

Third-Party Content

Optional video guides are hosted by YouTube and are subject to YouTube's and Google's terms and policies. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for third-party content, and it may change or become unavailable at any time.

No Warranty

Body Audit is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular health outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bibin Mathew and Upbrew will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury, arising from your use of — or inability to use — Body Audit.

Intellectual Property

Body Audit, its name, logo, design, and content are owned by Upbrew and Bibin Mathew and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Changes

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
