Common Questions

How do I cancel my Arohan Pro subscription?

Open iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Arohan Pro → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for. You can also tap the Subscription card in Arohan to jump directly there.

I subscribed but the app still shows the paywall.

Open Profile → Settings → Restore Purchases. This re-syncs your subscription with the App Store. If the issue continues, make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used to purchase.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, progress, saved cards, and notes. Cancel any active subscription separately in Apple ID settings before deleting if you don't want to be charged again.

Will my progress sync across devices?

Yes. Sign into Arohan with the same account on each device and your streak, completed lessons, saved cards, and Pro subscription state follow you automatically.
